  3. Isolation Plays: Creating one-on-one scoring opportunities by clearing out teammates.
  4. Motion Offense: Continuous player movement and passing to create scoring chances.

Defensive Strategies

  1. Man-to-Man Defense: Each player guards a specific opponent.
  2. Zone Defense: Players cover designated areas (like 2-3, 3-2, or 1-3-1 formations).
  3. Press Defense: Aggressive defense aimed at disrupting offense, played full or half court.
